Ingredients: Vital wheat GLUTEN, Nutritional yeast (Dried Inactive Yeast, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Biotin (B7), Zinc Sulfate, Folic Acid (B9), (B12) Smoked Paprika Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt , Water, Sunflower oil, Tahini (SESAME), Soy sauce, Jerk Seasoning (Scallions, Hot Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Pimento, Nutmeg, Citric Acid, Sugar, Thyme), BBQ Sauce (Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Spirit Vinegar, Glucose Syrup, Malt Vinegar (Barley), Modified Maize Starch, SOYA Sauce (Water, Salt, SOYA Beans, WHEAT Flour), Salt, Smoke Flavouring, Colour (Plain Caramel), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Nutmeg, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum))
To Prepare:
Hob: Defrost and then transfer the contents to a frying pan. Reserve as much of the sauce as possible to add to the pan for the last few minutes of cooking
Fry Vribs in oil until they start to crisp a little.
Ideally serve with your favourite slaw

What to do with the Packaging
The packaging for your meal is compostable. It may take a little longer to break down as the packaging is fairly sturdy. You could also get another use out of it by using it as a seed tray before it goes into the compost heap.
