Ingredients: British Yellow Split Peas, Onions, Water, Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper. Cassia, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Ginger, Cloves, Green & Black Cardamom, Pimento, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg.
To Prepare:
Hob: Defrost and then transfer the contents to a saucepan and heat until piping hot throughout.
Microwave: Heat until piping hot, stirring intermittently & before serving

What to do with the Packaging
The packaging for your meal is compostable. It may take a little longer to break down as the packaging is fairly sturdy. You could also get another use out of it by using it as a seed tray before it goes into the compost heap.
